Process for Reporting a Concern
Most often, parental complaints and concerns can be addressed simply through a telephone call or a conference with the teacher. If the matter is not settled satisfactorily, the complaint should be directed to the CAO. Complaints regarding school programs, instructional or library materials, operations and/or staff members, should be directed to the CAO. If the matter is not satisfactorily settled, the complaint should be directed to the Board of Trustees. Some complaints may require different procedures.
