Enrollment
All you need to know about enrolling at Pinnacle
The Pinnacle Charter School will admit up to 20 Kindergarten, First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Grade students (in each class) for the 2010-11 school year. (The minimum age for a Kindergarten student to be eligible for enrollment is five by December 1st.) The school is open to all students in our particular grade range on a space-available basis with preference given to city of Buffalo residents.
The Pinnacle Charter School adheres to all applicable state and federal laws, rules and regulations governing anti-discrimination in admissions and operations of the School, including section 2854 (2) of the New York State Education Law. There are no tests or academic requirements for entrance to the school. If the number of applications exceeds available space, a random lottery held in late March, will determine admission to the school.
