Board of Trustees

The Pinnacle Charter School will attempt to maintain a Board of Trustees that reflects the following criteria:

• Representatives of parents
• Representatives of the Buffalo Niagara community
• A range of skills and talents needed to maintain a successful charter school, including education, nonprofit management, legal, accounting and/or finance, board experience, construction and/or real estate and fundraising.

Individuals may satisfy more than one of these criteria,. Also, in electing new trustees, the board reserves the right to reconsider the range of skills and talents that should be represented on the Board of the Pinnacle Charter School as the school makes the transition from an idea, to a start-up organization, to a fully functioning school.
